First shown to us at CES 2024, the MasterLiquid 360 ION is Cooler Master’s latest CPU All-in-One cooler. As with most flagship AIOs we have seen lately, the 360 ION features an LCD screen, ARGB fans, and software control for an advanced take on configuration and performance. With Mobius 120P fans, an updated dual-chamber pump, and updated mounting hardware, the MasterLiquid 360 ION should be set to be a nice cooler. Follow along to find out.
Special thanks to Cooler Master for providing the Master Liquid 360 ION review sample!

MasterLiquid 360 ION Packaging
Cooler Master has really upped their unboxing experience, providing an enhanced user interaction, while also reducing their overall packaging materials by 30%. The exterior is very colorful, and the front of the box sleeve has Cooler Master’s signature purple color that fades to black, as well as an up close shot of the pump screen, as well as the model designation.
On the back of the box we find a specifications table, as well as a feature list in multiple languages.
Sliding the exterior sleeve off of the box we find a nice interior box with Cooler Master branding. I’m glad to see a reduction in packaging materials, while still providing a quality container to keep the components inside safe.
With the lid removed, we can see that each component and accessory pack has its own interior section, adding to overall organization. Many of these interior packaging components also have basic contents listings and installation information on them for quick reference.
Accessories
Included with the MasterLiquid 360 ION is a variety of mounting hardware for multiple AMD and Intel sockets and mounting types, as well as warranty information and a card with a QR code to download the manual that also serves as the thermal paste spreader. Also included is all of the cabling required for controlling the 2.1″ LCD, pump, and three fans, as well as a tube of Cooler Master’s Cryofuze thermal paste.
