If you didn’t know Kingston actually sold off their gaming brand HyperX to HP last year. In this deal Kingston did retain their memory, flash, and SSD products. So with the introduction of DDR5 you are not going to see HyperX memory from Kingston, but it will rather be branded Fury. Today we are taking a look at Kingston’s Fury Beast DDR5 memory, specifically the KF552C40BBK2-32 kit which is a 32GB (2x16GB) kit running at 5200 MHz with timings of 40-40-40-80 at 1.25V. Like other Fury memory in the past this kit features a simple black heatspreader, nothing flashy. Let’s get this memory installed and see what it can do!
Special thanks to Kingston for providing us with the Fury Beast DDR5-5200 32GB Memory Kit to review.
