Last week we took a look at our first DDR5 memory kit in Crucial’s DDR5-4800 32GB kit. While this kit performed great, for a lot of enthusiasts it is really not the kit they are looking for as it did not come with any RGB lighting or even heatspreaders. Today we have another DDR5 memory kit and this one should really appeal to enthusiasts! It is the ADATA XPG Lancer RGB DDR5-6000 32GB kit which has a sleek heatspreader design, RGB lighting, and runs at 6000 MHz with timings of 40-40-40-76 at 1.35V. This will be our first real enthusiast-grade DDR5 kit, so let’s take a look!
Special thanks to ADATA for providing us with the XPG Lancer RGB DDR5-6000 32GB Memory Kit to review.

Packaging
The XPG Lancer RGB comes in ADATA’s typical flashy retail packaging. On the front of the box we have a picture of the memory and it lets us know the capacity, which is labelled at “16GBx2” not 32GB.
On the back we don’t have a whole lot, but there are cut-outs in the box so we can confirm we have the correct memory.
Opening the box up you’ll find your two memory modules inside of a blister pack and nicely protected.
