Throughout 2023 Patriot has put out a handful of new memory kits, not that long ago we took at the Viper Venom DDR5-7200 32GB kit. Today we have the new Viper Elite 5 modules which have a sleek white aluminum heatspreader, high-quality ICs, RGB lighting, and are the first to support both Intel XMP and AMD EXPO profiles. We are taking a look at the PVER548G60C42KW kit specifically which is a 48GB kit (2 x 24GB), running at 6000 MHz with timings of 42-42-42-82 at 1.35V. This kit will not only be great for those doing an all-white build, but also for those longer for higher capacity modules. Let’s take a look and see what this kit can do!
Special thanks to Patriot for providing us with the Viper Elite 5 DDR5-6000 48GB Memory Kit to review.

Packaging
The Viper Elite 5 comes in a nice retail box. On the front there is a picture of the kit and it lets us know the capacity and well as speed.
Flipping over to the back there is some information on the modules and there is a cut-out so you can see the modules before you buy them.
Getting everything out of the box you’ll find the two modules in a clamshell style package and a Patriot Viper sticker.
