In all of my years of taking a look at gaming products I have yet to actually take a look at a headset from SteelSeries. I have some friends that swear by their SteelSeries headset and if they are as good as their keyboards and mice I definitely have something to look forward to in today’s review. I’ll be checking out the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7x Wireless, which is a wireless gaming headset which you may think is made for Xbox, but it also works on PC, Mac, PlayStation, Switch, mobile and more! The headset features 40 mm neodymium drivers, 360° spatial audio, and an AI-powered noise cancelling microphone. Is this going to be the new gaming headset for all of your devices? Read on as we find out!
Special thanks to SteelSeries for providing us with the Arctis Nova 7x Wireless Gaming Headset to review.

Packaging
The Arctis Nova 7x comes in your standard retail packaging. On the front you have a picture of the headset and it lets us know the version is designed for Xbox. SteelSeries also offers a Nova 7p which is designed for PlayStation and just a normal Nova 7. The only real difference from what I can tell is color on the headband, which we will get into in a bit.
Flipping over to the back some of the main features of the headset are detailed in a few different languages.
As we get everything out of the box we have have the Arctis Nova 7x headset, USB-C dongle, a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging, a USB-A to USB-C (female) cable to place the USB-C dongle pretty much anywhere, a 3.5mm audio cable, and a user’s guide.
