Corsair has quite the gaming keyboard line, looking at all of the different models it is hard not to be overwhelmed. On the more budget side of things they have the K60 RGB Pro, which we will be taking a look at today. The K60 RGB Pro is a full-size mechanical keyboard featuring Cherry MX Viola switches, low-profile keycaps, full per-key RGB backlighting, and a sleek design with an aluminum top-plate. Priced at $109.99, the K60 RGB Pro definitely fits into that “budget” category, but is it worth picking up? Read on as we find out!
Special thanks to Corsair for providing us with the K60 RGB Pro Gaming Keyboard to review.
Specifications
Packaging
The K60 RGB Pro comes in Corsair’s typical retail packaging, which is mostly yellow. On the front there is a full-size picture of the keyboard.
Flipping over to the back there is another picture of the keyboard and some of the features are listed. There is also a sticker that lets us know this keyboard makes use of Cherry’s Viola mechanical linear key switches, more on those in a bit.
Opening the box and getting everything out all we have is the keyboard itself as a user’s guide.
