MelGeek MADE68 Pro Rapid Trigger HE Keyboard Review

I’ve reviewed a handful of MelGeek keyboards over the past couple of years and they all have impressed me quite a bit, especially for pre-built boards. Today they are launching their new MADE68 Pro magnetic switch gaming keyboard. For gamers this is going to be a hall effect keyboard so you are going to get features like rapid trigger, adjustable actuation, snap tap, and 4-in-1 dynamic keystroke. Beyond that you are going to get a beautifully designed keyboard with side panel accents, lightbar, ABS double-shot keycaps, and a hot-swappable design. Is this the ultimate keyboard for the serious gamer? Read on as we find out!

Special thanks to Melgeek for providing us with the MADE68 Pro Magnetic Switch Gaming Keyboard to review.

MelGeek MADE68 Pro Packaging

Our version of the MADE68 Pro actually came in the normal (non-Pro) MADE68 box. I would hope the actual retail box is a bit more gamer-like.

Getting everything out of the box we have the MADE68 keyboard, USB cable, keycap puller, a set of keycaps for Mac, and a user’s guide. It was a bit weird for a hot-swappable keyboard to not come with a switch puller.

Also our keyboard is the “Air” version which is white and the included USB cable is a black braided cable, missed opportunity there.
