Crucial P310 Drive Overview
Taking a look at the Crucial P310 it is your standard M.2 2230 drive, so it is going to be 30mm long. This size of course makes it great for small devices like gaming handhelds. These is a sticker on the top giving us all of the relevant information about the drive.
Under this sticker you will find your components which include the Phison E27T controller and Micron 232-layer QLC NAND. There is no cache chip here as the drive makes use of a host memory buffer (HMB).
Flipping the drive over there is another sticker on the back, but no components.
