Thermaltake’s The Tower series has been pretty popular. They started with the massive Tower 900, and then took things down to mini-ITX with the Tower 100. Now we have the Tower 500, which of course sits in the middle of the two. It has the same type of design that is made to really show off your hardware inside. Talking about what you can fit inside this case actually supports motherboards up to extended ATX, graphics cards up to 325 mm, a 360 mm radiator and or AiO, and a bunch of storage! If you are really looking to show off your build in a unique way this could be the case for you!
Special thanks to Thermaltake for providing us with the Tower 500 Case to review.
Specifications
Packaging
The Tower 500 actually comes in a full-color retail box. On the front of the box there is a picture of the case with a system installed in it. On the side of the box we have a full list of specifications.
Opening the box up we find the case nicely protected with two large foam spacers and a plastic bag. Also all of the panels have film on them so they don’t get scratched.
As far as accessories go with this case you get an installation guide, mounting hardware, cable ties, and a set of rails that let you install a 360mm radiator or a set of three 120 mm fans inside the case.
