Installation in the Thermaltake The Tower 300
Installation in the Tower 300 is pretty easy and straight-forward. Thermaltake was nice enough to send over their TH360 V2 Ultra all-in-one liquid CPU cooler as well as a pack of their CT140 ARGB White fans.
The first thing that we are going to be installing in our motherboard. We are going with a Micro-ATX board, which is the MSI MPG B760M Edge Ti WiFi. It goes in no problem. After installing your motherboard if you don’t plan on installing any fans on the power supply cover you are going to want to start routing your cables to the motherboard.
After our motherboard I decided to install the power supply. You remove the power supply bracket from the case and attach it to your power supply. Then simply slide your power supply in to the bottom of the case.
For our AiO we remove the cooling bracket from the case and install it on our radiator, then very carefully slide it back into place locking it in with the two supplied screws.
I decided to install my SSD on the bracket on the backside of the case. I simply removed it and installed my drive and then reinstalled it.
Getting your graphics card installed is easy as it just slots in. I had more than enough room, even with my 3-slot card.
With everything installed here is what the back and front of the build look like before we power it on. The cable routing channels on the sides of the case on the back really make cable management easy.
