Lighting & Performance
When you power your system on you’ll notice the three fans at the front of the case, the pump block, and the rear fan light up nicely with RGB lighting. By default this lighting runs off the included controller and you can use the button on the top of the case to switch between effects and colors. You can also pass the lighting control through to your motherboard for software control.
Our test system for this case is based off the following components…
Processor: Intel Core i7-14700K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z790 AORUS Elite X WiFi7
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming OC
Memory: ADATA XPG Lancer RGB DDR5-6000 32GB
Storage: Crucial MX300
Case, Cooling & PSU: Cooler Master TD500 MAX
We will be using AIDA64 to measure temperatures for the motherboard, CPU, and graphics card. For idle we just have the system sitting on the Windows 11 desktop and for load we run the AIDA64 system stability test for 1 hour with just the CPU and GPU selected.
