TP-Link has revealed the upcoming launch of a new wireless LAN router designed for gamers, called the “Archer GXE75.” This router, which supports the fast “Wi-Fi 6E” standard, will be available in Japan starting September 26th. A notable feature is its “Quality of Service” (QoS) function, which lets users prioritize network bandwidth for different applications, such as communication devices and gaming.

The Archer GXE75 is a tri-band wireless LAN router that operates across the 6GHz, 5GHz, and 2.4GHz bands. It offers a theoretical maximum wireless speed of around 2402Mbps when using the 6GHz or 5GHz bands.

Besides its QoS feature, the router includes a “Gaming Port” LAN port for prioritizing traffic between PCs and game consoles. It also supports GPN (Gamer Private Network), which minimizes packet loss through a dedicated gaming network. Additionally, users can easily configure connected devices in just three steps.

Another important feature of the Archer GXE75 is its support for “EasyMesh,” which enables the connection of wireless LAN routers and repeaters to build an expansive network. It can be linked not only with TP-Link devices but also with EasyMesh-compatible products from other brands.

The router comes with one 2.5G-compatible WAN/LAN port, one 1G-compatible WAN/LAN port, three 1G-compatible LAN ports, and one USB 3.0 Type-A port. The estimated price is $170 USD.
