Lexar Professional SL600 Overview
As I mentioned the Professional SL600 is made of aluminum, which will definitely give you some piece of mind if you happen to drop the drive. The drive is all black with a small Lexar logo in the top right corner. Currently black is the only color Lexar is offering the drive in. For those wondering the drive has official dimensions of 112.6 mm x 59mm x 10.6mm(4.433” x 2.323” x 0.417”) and weighs in at 64g.
One end of the drive is open and you could attach something like a carabiner or lanyard here, but it would have been nice to see one built in so you could easily attach this drive to a keychain.
Flipping the drive over we don’t have much, but the capacity and serial number are engraved on the drive.
On the end of the drive you’ll find the only connection which is a USB-C connection. This drive is a USB 3.2 gen 2×2 drive, but is of course backwards compatible with older USB versions and Lexar does include USB-C to USB-A cable in addition to the USB-C cable.
