Sitting down for any long period of time at your computer desk is not great for you whether you are working or gaming. Knowing this all the way back in 2012 I made my own standing desk! Since then I’ve upgraded to a very nice motorized sit-stand desk. While using a standing desk is far better than sitting it can still put strain on your back and legs as you are more or less standing in one sport for an extended period of time. That is why there are many accessories to compliment standing desks and one of those happen to be balance boards. These allow you to shift your weight as you work which helps to strengthen and stabilize your body, keep fluidity in your joints, and burn extra calories. Today we will checking out The Level from FluidStance, which made its debut on Indiegogo and was funded in just 3 days! It now sits (or stands) as one of the top balance boards out there. Let’s take a look at see what The Level is all about!
Special thanks to FluidStance for providing The Level Balance Board to review.

The Level comes in a box that is not much larger than the deck itself. Ours came a little beat up but everything inside was just fine.
