Final Thoughts
I’ve been using the OdinLake Ergo MAX 747 for the past few weeks and I have to say that it is not going anywhere! With so many of the chairs that I’ve reviewed in the past the biggest issue was that there was just something not right about them. Whether they were not comfortable after a long gaming session, the controls were hard to reach, or that those controls were not fluid and didn’t really work all that great. Well with the Ergo MAX 747 it seems to check all of the boxes and there really is nothing I can say bad about the function and comfort of the chair.
I’ve used this chair for long work hours, long gaming hours, and even just relaxing and watching YouTube videos. With many chairs in the past I would get up and have some type of pain in my back, but that is not the case here. One of the big reasons for this is that you can fully adjust the chair to your liking, so don’t get this level of customization on a lot of chairs. Fine tuning the chair is also quite easy and all of the controls are very fluid. The breathable mesh not only is comfortable, but really helps out since my office gets quite warm.
It is also cool that OdinLake has included a bar on the back of the chair so you can hang a jacket, backpack, or even your gaming headset on it. You also can’t ignore the quality materials this chair makes use of, especially the aluminum alloy frame. This looks amazing and really gives the chair a futuristic look!
If anything this chair does sit in the more expensive range when it comes to office chairs, but I always say you should invest in something you are using everyday, especially something that effects your body. In this case I feel the higher price tag is justified. OdinLake typically sells this chair for $899, but they currently have it on sale for $779. On top of that if you use code “THINKCOMPUTERS” at checkout you’ll get another 12% off! That really brings the price down and makes it a no-brainer to pick this chair up if you’ve been in the market for one. Overall ThinkComputers gives the OdinLake Ergo MAX 747 Office Chair a 9 out of 10 score and our Recommended Award!
